The delay way due to technical reasons and the client was informed in advance about it. Afterwards, the client was provided with support after finishing the project to get started with how to use it on her Instagram stories.

This was hard work. Delivered late and poor communication. Will be able to use some of the content but not all and couldn't be bothered to try to go through any process of revisions after the poor comms.

Revision requests are always available and the customer was offered help after delivery if needed. The customer provided me with two different scripts which got me confused and required much more work then actually required which caused the delay.
